In short. We don’t store your dictations: the audio and text pass through our server and neural networks and are not saved with us, while your history stays on your computer. We store your account, payments, settings and support requests. Some data goes abroad: to our server and to neural networks. You can ask us to delete everything.
Language. This English text is a translation for convenience. The Russian text is the governing one; if the two differ, the Russian text prevails.
1. Who is responsible for the data
The data operator is Dmitry Vladimirovich Ignatov (Игнатов Дмитрий Владимирович), self-employed, taxpayer ID (INN) 720705126678, brand Sinsual. Email for any questions: [email protected].

3. What stays only with you
Dictation history, voice recordings and app files live on your computer. We don’t receive them and can’t restore them.

We don’t sell data and we don’t show ads.
5. Transfer abroad and consent
We process data on a server in the country given in section 4 and pass it to neural networks in the USA, China and other countries. The level of data protection there may differ from that in Russia and the EU. Neural network providers process data under their own rules: we choose them and don’t send more than a feature needs to work, but we don’t control their internal processes.
By signing up and ticking the box, you agree to such processing and transfer of the data listed in sections 2 and 4 for the purpose of running the service. You can withdraw your consent by writing to [email protected]. Without it the service cannot work, and we will delete your account.
6. Why we may do this
Processing is needed to perform our agreement with you: to keep your account, take payment and provide the service (Terms). Transfer abroad and emails are based on your consent. We keep some data because the law requires it or to defend ourselves in a dispute.
7. How long we keep it
The periods are in the table. After you delete your account, we delete or anonymise the data within 30 days. The exceptions are payment records, which are needed for bookkeeping, and anything needed to defend ourselves in a dispute.
8. Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, get a copy, correct it, ask us to delete it, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent. Write from your account email to [email protected]; we answer within 10 working days. You can complain to the data protection authority in your country.
9. Security
The connection to the service uses HTTPS, passwords are stored as hashes, access to data is restricted, and backups are made. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects you, we will tell you.
10. Cookies and browser storage
The website sets one technical cookie for signing in to your account, plus a cookie for a few minutes when you sign in with Google or Yandex. Browser storage holds the website language, advertising link tags (utm) for up to 30 days, and a tab identifier for the counter. There are no advertising or third-party analytics cookies.
11. Children
The service is for people aged 18 or over; 14 to 18 with a parent’s consent. We knowingly don’t collect data of children under 14. If we learn of any, we delete it.
12. Changes
A new version is published here with a date. For material changes we warn you in your account, in the app or by email.
